Samuel Pryor

Sam Pryor, JD, Yale Law School, is a retired entertainment trial lawyer. Since his retirement in 2009, he has been actively involved in The PLATO Society of Los Angeles, serving as president from 2019 -2020, and leading numerous history classes in history. He served as a docent at the Getty Center for 15 years, presenting lectures on Dutch still life paintings as well as on Richard Meier, the architect of the Getty Center. Notably, his lecture on Meier has been included in the Getty’s official online resources for docents.
